Guess who’s doing another Whole 30??? Yup, me! This time I’m enlisting my fiancé in the fun :) she has a hard time giving up oats, supplements, and Quest bars but I think she’s going to try this time! Also the only eating 3 meals a day. She’s used to 5-6 meals. I’m excited to get back on it. I’ve eaten like SHIT for the last two months and believe I’ve gained a good 5-10lbs. For the last two days I’ve eaten cookies and ham sandwiches. Not very nutritious. I know this is going to be tough on me …food prepping for whole 30 is time consuming for one person, but now I’ll have to do it for 2!
We are in the process of buying a house - 3 weeks from closing and I find out our financing is more than likely going to fall through. I’m completely disgusted and know my depression is going to set in. I’m hoping this whole 30 will give me something positive to focus on and keep me from putting myself in a deeper darker sugar filled hole! Wish me luck…I’ll keep you updated!
